This project aims to develop a framework and a set of services for cybersecurity in extended reality. The main objective is to support the development of confidentiality and privacy-preserving applications. We will explore the use of context-aware machine learning to identify objects with cybersecurity concerns and apply the corresponding privacy and confidentiality protection measures. Developed methods would be incorporated into a framework and made available for applications through services. We would evaluate our proposals in two real-world scenarios. The first one comprises maintaining privacy in mobile games based on virtual reality, and the other deals with maintaining confidentiality in a business application using a self-contained holographic device.
