Short bio

Anabela Moreira Bernardino is a professor at the Computer Science Department of the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic of Leiria. She has a PhD in Informatic Technologies from the University of Extremadura, Spain (2012). She is also a researcher at the Computer Science and Communication Research Centre of the Polytechnic of Leiria. Her areas of scientific interest include nature-inspired algorithms and their application to complex problems. She is an author and co-author of several papers in international conferences and journals. She participated as a scientific member in several international events.
