I'm currently the Coordinator of the Undergraduate in Games and Multimedia and an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics at ESTG - School of Technology and Management, Politécnico de Leiria, covering subjects such as 3D Modelling for video games, Animation, and Human-Computer Interaction. I am also a member of the Portuguese Eurographics Chapter and an Associate Researcher at CIIC (Computer Science and Communication Research Centre), in the cluster of Computer Graphics and Multimedia Research, mainly focused on Augmented Reality, having around 40 papers published since 2017, from which more than half as first author, having received four awards related to my research in the augmented reality field. Since 2022, I'm the Secretary of the SPCV - Sociedade Portuguesa de Ciências dos Videojogos, and the Program Chair of the International Conference on Graphics and Interaction (in 2023 and for 2024). I'm graduated in Computer Engineering (at ESTG, Politécnico de Leiria), I've a master's degree in Multimedia, specialisation in Technologies (at FEUP - Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto), and I'm a PhD in Informatics (at UTAD - University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro).
